   The Margo building on Santana Row is on the East side of the street when you first drive into The Row from the Stevens Creek direction. One side of the building faces into The Row while the other units on the East face San Jose’s East foothills. Some great morning sunrises from these condos. Many of the units in this building are single-story studio-type condos with long hallway entries into the combined kitchen living area. Several will have a patio space included, but most will have floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room area. It is studio-style because the bedroom space lays behind the kitchen area. Though it is separated, the walls in the bedroom areas do not reach the ceilings, making them studio-style.  

   The few loft-style units at The Margo building on Santana Row tend to be on the upper floors, which also include floor-to-soaring-ceiling windows. Some do include patio spaces, but the layout is almost exactly like the studio units, only with a loft space. They call them two bedrooms, but really the lower floor bedroom does not have walls and a door unless a previous owner has made the change. The Penthouse Condos in The Margo building have amazing views, with many having larger-than-normal square footage (2000+).  

   Though all the for-sale buildings in Santana Row are in a luxury area, there are not a lot of luxury amenities in this building. They offer key fob entry and easy access to all the fine dining and shops that Santana Row has to offer, but there is no 24-hour onsite concierge service or onsite management team.
