For the past 18+ years, she’s been helping families, first-time buyers, and long-time homeowners make smart real estate decisions with confidence.

Clients often describe Danielle as compassionate, down-to-earth, and tenacious, someone who will fight for their best interests while keeping the process as stress-free as possible. Whether it’s guiding seniors through downsizing, negotiating the best deal for sellers, or helping first-time buyers land their dream home, Danielle combines her experience with a genuine care for people. She holds both the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designations, giving her the skills to navigate even the most challenging situations.

   David Contreras brings more than 26 years of Silicon Valley business and marketing experience to the table. Before real estate, he worked with luxury resorts and top-tier clients, where he learned that true service means anticipating needs before they’re spoken. Since 2002, he has been using his marketing expertise to help homeowners present their properties in the best possible light and attract the right buyers.

   David believes that real estate is all about partnerships, finding the right fit, setting the right strategy, and working together to achieve big goals. He recently earned his Probate and Trust Specialist Certification, which allows him to support families navigating estate and probate sales with clarity and compassion.
